About Nadudana Cattle Queensland
About Us
Nadudana Cattle were first imported into Australia from the USA in 1995.
A group of early breeders interested in promoting the Breed, and maintaining a mutual body for breeders to maintain contact was formed as The Nadudana Cattle Society of Australia Inc. in July 1995.
The Nadudana Cattle Queensland Group was formed by a number of owners at a meeting in Queensland early in 2007, with a view to continue to promote the breed throughout Australia, and to take an alternative approach to the line being used by the Nadudana Cattle Society of Australia.
Our first venture is to set up this web site and introduce ourselves to existing Nadudana owners and potential new Nadudana owners throughout Australia.
We would welcome contact from you and the receipt of any information or news items you would like to share with members of like interest.
Membership application forms are available online, or you can contact us.

Mrs Lesley Slade Lesley first saw Nadudana cattle in 1995 on the "Burkes Backyard" programme on television. Lesley did not know just what influence this programme was to have on her life. As an owner of a small 25 acre property in Singleton she was unable to have a large herd of cattle. After travelling to Tamworth to inspect the cattle, she started her long association with the Nadudana breed two weeks later. Now living in Proserpine in Queensland, she is a successful breeder and marketer of the cattle, as well as a regular attendee at shows around the country. Lesley is committed to promoting her favourite cattle breed throughout the country via her involvement with the Association. |

Toni Harle Toni became involved with Nadudana cattle when her sister Lesley Slade started raising the special breed of cattle in NSW and increased her involvement when her mother, also a Nadudana owner passed away. With her other sister Denise they own the stud KENMAR. Fascinated with all aspects of the breed, their history and enchanting personality and cuteness; it is a labour of love for Toni to be involved with the cattle and the special "Nadudana people".
